The couch potato pill
Do you win the procrastination contest when it comes to working out? Did your gym just award you a gold medal for not showing up? Is your only participation in sports the new sporty-chic look? We have some good news for you and some bad news.
First, the bad news: in October, the Washington Post reported on a huge study that shows 30 minutes of exercise per day is not enough. Researchers say the real health benefits – especially cardio – are only apparent after one hour of exercise per day.
The good news: other much kinder researchers recently announced they are trying to develop a pill to replace exercise.

The main characters in the movie “Back to The Future 2” travel 26 years into the future, which is….today, October 21, 2015 to be exact. But the real future, the one when we’ll be able to work out by taking a sip while wearing pumps, is projected for 2025.
